Customers can cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After this period, the order may be processed for delivery, and cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please go to your order history in the app and select the order you wish to cancel. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
Order Cancellation by Restaurant:
In rare cases, a restaurant may cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock shortages or operational issues. Customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be initiated automatically.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will be processed for the following reasons:
Incorrect or missing items in the order.
Order not delivered within the expected timeframe (more than 30 minutes late).
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support through the app or via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide details about the issue, including your order number and any relevant photos.
Refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after the cancellation window has passed.
Late delivery if a delay was communicated in advance.
Orders marked as "delivered" in the app.
